Q6: About payment terms

A6: T/T 30% of total amount as the deposit, balance 70% by T/T before shipment. 100% of irrevocable Letter of credit at sight is also acceptable.

 

Q7: About guarantee time

A7: One-year warranty except ultrasonic pasting mold and lifelong service. Malfunction caused by human error operation, not covered by the warranty.

During guarantee period, the cost of spare parts should be borne by us, but the freight for delivery of spare parts will be on the buyer's account.

 

Q8: About delivery time

A8: about 40-50 working days after receiving the deposit payment and mold drawing confirmation.

 

Q9: About installation & training

A9: We will dispatch one technician go to buyer's factory for on-site installation and training for five days. The buyer needs to pay $100 per day for the technician as the salary. All other expense, such as visa and round-trip tickets, food and accommodation etc will be on the buyer's account. 

 

Q10: About package

A10: Wrapping by PE film with fumigation free wooden pallet or case.
